A little Glimpse of me, Kate Northrup and Evolve 2012
A few months back I did something I don’t do very often. I heard that Kate Northrup was in Austin, one of the last stops on her “Freedom Tour.” I didn’t know much about her at the time but I did know that I was drawn to hear beautiful spirit and her fabulous mission. To help folks become financially free.
Uh, yes please!
I noticed she was friends with my friend Jennifer on Facebook. Casually I said to Jennifer “I would really love to meet that woman.” She immediately said, “You have to email her right now and ask her to dinner. See if she’s free. Just put it out there!” I hesitated but then said to myself, why not? What do I have to lose?
So I did it. I emailed a perfect stranger to say, “Hello, I think you are awesome and I would like to take you and your boyfriend to dinner this evening if you are available.”
Well, what happened next was amazing. She emailed me right back, told me she was completely flattered, and, although unavailable to meet for dinner, would love to connect because she was thoroughly impressed by my work and website (yet another reason to thank Jennifer and her studio Viewers Like You!)
We connected, the mutual love fest began and in December she invited me to do an interview on her internet channel Glimpse TV.
Here’s the interview in which I offer an overview of my work and share a bit about my signature program, Evolve 2012. But most importantly it gives you a taste of the infectious joy Ms. Northrop naturally exudes. Drink it in! I trust you’ll enjoy watching this as much as I reveled in my time with Kate.
